United Bank of Carbon (UBoC) is a UK registered charity which seeks to protect and restore forests and other green space by translating science into action. UBoC was created in 2008, with the University of Leeds joining in 2009, and registration as a charity in 2010.

We work to support environmentally and socially responsible partnerships between businesses, local authorities and local communities, providing research on all things carbon, climate change and ecosystem services.
